Facilities:
Weddings are scheduled for a two-hour period. For Example, if your wedding ceremony is at 2:00p.m., you have the wedding area from 1:00-3:00p.m. You may have a wedding rehearsal a day or two before the wedding at no charge. They last approximately 30-60 minutes. Rehearsals can be scheduled up to one month before the wedding and are subject to availability. Several weddings can be scheduled for the same day so it is important to schedule the ceremony time when the gazebo is booked.

 

There is electricity available at the gazebo. Plan on bringing extension cords.

 

Two hundred chairs will be provided. The Grand will set up and tear down the ceremony area. A table is available for the unity candle if needed. An aisle runner will be provided.

 

A bridal lounge is available. The bride and attendants must have all items removed from the room before the start of the ceremony. The Grand is not responsible for items left unattended in the rooms.

 

Fees:

The cost for the ceremony is $450.00. This includes 200 chairs, fully decorated area, runner (weather permitting), set-up and clean up.

 

Rain:

If it does rain, the ceremony can be held in the room you have booked for your reception. If the outside area has already been set-up, your wedding would take place with the guests at their dining tables. No refunds are given for outside ceremonies.
